The Lunenburg Diner is a family-owned restaurant serving breakfast and lunch made from wholesome ingredients in a cozy environment. It serves classic diner options like omelets, fluffy pancakes, hearty breakfast sandwiches, homemade waffles, and French toast topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream. Try the Farmer's Skillet with home fries and fresh vegetables topped with American cheese and two eggs. Lunch options include burgers, soups, salads, sandwiches, and more.

Moran Square Diner
The Moran Square Diner is located just 10 minutes from Lunenburg in Fitchburg. This classic diner has been around since the 1940s and features a quaint vintage interior with wooden booths by the windows and red-covered stools at the long counter. Vegan and gluten-free options for most items make it a perfect spot for health-conscious diners. Start your day with buttermilk pancakes topped with maple syrup and local butter. Franny's Diner
If you love classic diners, you'll have to check out Franny's Diner, about 20 minutes northeast of Lunenburg. Previously known as Breen's Diner, Franny's is a 50s-themed diner with everything from the classic black-and-white checkered floors, red booths, and counter stools to the 50s music coming from the jukebox. It serves all-day breakfasts for your breakfast and brunch needs and a lunch menu offering burgers, hot dogs, and sandwiches.

Tiny's Restaurant
Tiny's Restaurant is located in the town of Ayer, 12 minutes from Lunenburg. It has breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus along with a full bar, making it a great diner to check out if you're looking for a meal later in the day. Breakfast options include everything from yogurt with fruit and granola to biscuits smothered in sausage gravy or eggs with a 10oz steak served with home fries and toast. For dinner, try the battered haddock dinner with fries.

The breakfast menu offers favorites, such as biscuits with sausage gravy, omelets and scrambles with meat and veggie options, and sweeter items like pancakes, French toast, and waffles.

Its egg dishes include a fresh mozzarella, basil, and tomato omelet, a hash and cheddar cheese omelet, and a steak and cheese omelet. Gene and Steve's Airport Diner
Gene and Steve's Airport Diner is another wonderful spot in Leominster that serves a lovely breakfast fare. It is a family-style diner that opened in 1985 and offers filling breakfasts, including eggs Benedict with fries, 3-egg omelets, and the Airport Classic Breakfast Sandwich with eggs, cheese, ham slices, and tomato on a buttered Texas toast. If you prefer something a little sweeter, try some of the delicious, sweet treats like the coconut-crusted Texas French toast with whipped cream, a short stack of buttermilk pancakes, muffins, pies, and other options.
